Aluminum-zinc plated steel plate is an aluminum-zinc alloy with a surface coating of 55%.
Properties of aluminum-zinc plating	The surface of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate is characterized by smooth, flat and gorgeous stars, and the primary color is silvery white. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of zinc-plated aluminum plate can reach 25 years, and it has good heat resistance and can be used in high temperature environment of 315ºC. The coating has good adhesion to the paint film and good processability, and can be punched, cut and welded. The surface conductivity is good. The composition of the coating is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. The production process of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate is similar to that of galvanized steel plate and aluminum plate, and it is a continuous melting coating process. The aluminum-zinc plated steel plate with 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating has better corrosion resistance than the galvanized steel plate with the same thickness when both sides are exposed to the same environment. The aluminum-zinc plated steel plate with 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating not only has good corrosion resistance, but also has excellent adhesion and flexibility.
Characteristics of aluminum-zinc plating	1. Thermal reflectivity: The thermal reflectivity of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate is very high, which is twice as high as that of galvanized steel plate. People often use it as heat insulation material. 2. Heat resistance: Al-Zn alloy steel plate has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperature of more than 300 degrees Celsius, which is similar to the oxidation resistance of aluminized steel plate at high temperature, and is often used in chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators and fluorescent lamp covers. Corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of aluminum-zinc coated steel coil is mainly due to the protective function of aluminum and aluminum. When zinc is worn, aluminum forms a dense layer of alumina to prevent corrosion-resistant substances from further corroding the interior. 3. Economy: Because the density of 55%AL-Zn is smaller than that of Zn, the area of Al-Zn plated steel plate is more than 3% larger than that of galvanized steel plate with the same weight and the same thickness of gold plating layer. 4. Easy to paint There is excellent adhesion between aluminized zinc plate and paint, and it can be painted without pretreatment and weathering. The coating adhesion of the gold-plated layer of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate is excellent, so it can be directly coated on advertising boards and general plates without pretreatment such as Weathering. 5. Aluminum-zinc plated steel plate has a silvery white gorgeous surface. 6. Aluminum-zinc plated steel plate and galvanized steel plate have similar processability and spraying performance.
