15CrMoR is used in the manufacturing of petroleum and petrochemical industries, chemical equipment manufacturing enterprises, power station construction, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing, reactors, heat exchangers, separators, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, nuclear reactor pressure shells, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, and turbine volutes. Due to harsh operating conditions in petrochemical industry, coal conversion, nuclear power, steam turbine cylinders, and thermal power, large equipment with complex corrosive media, such as water washing towers This brand of steel plate is widely used in the construction and manufacturing of equipment and components such as the second shift furnace, coke tower, desulfurization tank, conversion gas waste heat boiler, methanation furnace, reactor, regenerator, hydrogenation reactor, methanation heater, and conversion gas steam generator, as well as pressure vessel steel for equipment such as gas separation and gas storage and transportation. It is required to have sufficient strength and toughness, good welding performance, and cold and hot processing performance. The commonly used steels are mainly low alloy high strength steels and carbon steels.
